Marlow FM again
21:50A few of us did some more publicity for the club on by playing live on Marlow FM on Saturday evening.
- Simon sang John Tams' The Year Turns Around Again (from the wonderful Warhorse show), and Steve Earle's Galway Girl (from the Magner's advert), accompanying himself on medodeon
- Alison sang Crow On Tne Cradle and GLasgow Lullaby (about a drunken husband), accompanying herself on concertina
- Rosie sang Keep On The Sunny Side (by The Carter Family via O Brother Where Art Thou) and Killing The Blues (known from Raising Sand) with me on guitar and Steve on bass and backing vocals.
- Steve sang and played guitar on Across the Great Divide (by Kate Wolf) with me on bass and Rosie on backing vocals
The Marlow FM broadcasts revert to being internet-only after this week. The Folk and World Show is back to being 2 hours from 18:00-20:00 on Saturdays, repeated on Mondays.
